Emmanuel Mbenza Rocha is a THR Consultant, Writer, Speaker and dedicated Scientist based in Kinshasa, D.R.Congo with a strong focus on Tobacco Harm Reduction, smoking trends in Africa, and tobacco cessation efforts.

His work is driven by the belief that innovative, science-based approaches are essential to improving public health and mitigating the devastating impacts of smoking, particularly in African communities.

As an advocate for THR in particular and Harm Reduction Society in general. He is the C.E.O of THR Congo and board member of the C.A.S.A.

Emmanuel Mbenza Rocha is deeply involved in raising awareness and promoting Harm Reduction Strategies in the D.R.Congo through research, community engagement, and advocacy.

He strives to provide education on safer alternatives to smoking and influence policy changes that prioritize public health.

He is a certified scholar of the THR Academy by K.A.C. and an asset in Africa in terms of engaged advocacy.
